By accessing or using CupAut, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

CupAut provides an AI-powered search that surfaces publicly available coupon codes and deals. We aggregate and validate codes on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee that any code will work at checkout.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
• You may not abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.

3. Plans & billing

• Free and paid plans have different search limits, shown on the pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added.

4. Coupons & third parties

Discount codes belong to the respective merchants. Offers can expire or change without notice. CupAut is not responsible for the products, prices or policies of third-party merchants.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to reverse engineer it, or to resell access without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CupAut shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
